We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry and Cake Baking Chef with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the baking industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating exquisite pastries, cakes, and other baked goods, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and develop a wide range of high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts.
  2. Ensure all products meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
  3. Innovate new recipes and continuously improve existing ones.
  4. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including ingredient sourcing, inventory management, and quality control.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  6. Train and mentor junior staff to uphold the bakery's standards and procedures.
  7. Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Cake Baking Chef in a professional setting.
  2. Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
