  • Conducting regular cash checks and addressing discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing daily cash inflows and outflows, maintaining a balanced General Ledger.
  • Balancing cash registers and verifying the exact amount of cash and change is present in the till each day.
  • Processing payments and recording purchase orders and invoices from supplier deliveries accurately.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale systems is highly beneficial for efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality services while maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

The selected individual should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as basic math knowledge and attention to detail. Familiarity with accounting principles and financial software is an advantage.
