We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Engineer to join our team who is enthusiastic about learning and working with the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Support: Monitor and report on project plans, milestones, and deliverables to ensure that time, cost, and quality indicators align with approved project plans. This includes tracking progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  2. Technical Documentation: Plan and create comprehensive technical documentation based on business requirements. This involves researching and writing detailed documentation, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Communication: Proactively and effectively communicate at all levels, both internally and externally. This includes providing clear and concise updates, resolving conflicts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Client Relationships: Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction and good prospects for future business. This involves actively listening to client needs, providing tailored solutions, and continuously evaluating and improving services to meet evolving client expectations.
  5. Testing Environments: Design and create suitable testing environments and test plans, cases for end-to-end testing of the product/module. This involves analyzing system requirements, identifying testing needs, and developing comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality products.
  6. Automation and Process Improvements: Contribute to continuous automation and process improvements to provide improved quality assurance. This involves identifying areas for improvement, developing innovative solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes and drive results.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  3. Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering methodologies.
  4. Ability to identify and escalate any possible variance from project plans.
  5. Takes initiative to progress and deliver own and team/unit work.
  6. Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details.
  7. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively.
