Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We seek a diligent and meticulous Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to spearhead our testing efforts.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely and insightful feedback.

Create comprehensive test plans and test cases while estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities. Identify, record, and document bugs thoroughly. Develop and apply testing processes that meet client needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements and monitor debugging processes to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Testing Methodologies: Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing techniques.
  • Agile/Scrum Experience: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Automated Testing Knowledge: Experience with automated testing tools enhances efficiency.
  • Performance Testing Skills: Performance testing experience is an advantage.
