Job Title: Professional Growth Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate professional to support the delivery and management of ongoing learning initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of development programs across departments.
  • Maintain records of employee participation and progress in development activities.
  • Work with internal and external trainers to deliver subject-specific learning modules.
  • Support the creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials.
  • Monitor compliance with development policies and professional standards.
  • Gather feedback on training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and regulatory development requirements.
  • Assist in integrating development initiatives with the organization's broader learning and development strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in development, training coordination, or a related HR role.
  • Understanding of development frameworks and principles is preferred.
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms.
Preferred Certification:
  • Relevant certifications or development-related training (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) are a plus.
