Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing deliverables for our clients, working closely with the Digital Marketing director and fulfillment team to ensure strategy, plans, and timelines are followed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients to determine marketing goals and objectives.
  • Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and extract insights.
  • Plan and manage digital strategies to achieve client marketing goals.
  • Design and present strategies to creative/project teams to align them in executing client marketing activities.
  • Prepare and present proposals and reports to make progress on client marketing goals.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to client queries.
  • Deliver client projects in a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate with leadership, creative, and project teams to identify roadblocks and bottlenecks.
  • Build relationships with clients, creative, and project teams.
  • Learn, teach, and apply digital advertising best practices and conversion optimization techniques to improve client account performance.
  • Manage project management and communication tools to keep teams on track.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design, marketing, and digital trends.
Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in a relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising, Project/Business Management. The candidate should also have knowledge of marketing, digital advertising, brand strategy, and social media marketing.

Familiarity with social media apps is a must, and project and team management skills are essential. Effective communication and writing skills are also required.

The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
