As a HR Coordinator with us, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, attendance, leave management, policy implementation, and compliance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and reference checks.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new staff.
    • Maintain talent pipelines for future requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of HR coordination/HR generalist experience, preferably in a not-for-profit or development sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Experience with ERP/HRMS systems.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • High integrity, discretion, and commitment to our mission.
