We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Sales Agent to join our team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our digital marketing services to businesses across the United States.
Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and researching potential clients through various channels. You will conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to generate leads and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges. You will create and deliver compelling presentations that showcase our digital marketing services and develop customized proposals outlining solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. You will negotiate terms and pricing to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement and close sales deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels. Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to generate leads.
- Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges. Conduct thorough consultations to assess how our digital marketing services can benefit their business.
- Presentation and Proposal: Create and deliver compelling presentations that showcase our digital marketing services. Develop customized proposals outlining solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement. Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Provide ongoing support and communication to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Use market insights to position our services effectively in the competitive landscape.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or related industry.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- An ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
