About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Amazon Advertising Manager to oversee the development and execution of our Amazon PPC strategy. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth through Amazon advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon PPC campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaign ROI.
  • Budget Allocation: Effectively allocate advertising budgets to maximize return on investment.
  • Keyword Strategy: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad targeting.
  • Ad Creative: Create compelling ad copy and visual content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of PPC professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Amazon advertising into overall marketing strategy.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products, and Sponsored Brands; familiarity with Google Ads is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong command of data analysis, interpretation, and decision-making based on performance metrics.
  • Creativity: Ability to produce engaging ad content tailored to audience needs.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, guide, and mentor teams.
  • Certifications: Amazon Ads Certification is a plus.
