Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan and execute impactful email campaigns, collaborate closely with designers, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, write, and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly email campaigns for product promotions, events, and special offers.
  • Build and manage automated flows (e.g., welcome series, cart recovery, post-purchase, browse abandonment).
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, design layouts, send times, and messaging content.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate, on-brand visuals and seamless integration of copy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo is required. Experience with PushOwl or similar push notification platforms is also preferred. Strong command of copywriting, especially for ecommerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, is essential. Deep understanding of email segmentation, campaign scheduling, and A/B testing is necessary. Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, Omnisend, Shopify, and ecommerce buyer journeys is an advantage.
