Job Title

Be a key player in our laboratory team by leading the day-to-day operations of Collection Points & STAT laboratories. You will be responsible for inventory control, supplies management, and volume growth through effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the smooth running of Collection Points & STAT laboratories.
  • Oversee inventory control and supplies management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive volume growth through effective marketing.
  • Foster brand recognition and loyalty by engaging with key physicians and opinion leaders.
  • Organize CME programs to enhance awareness and education.
  • Ensure asset management and minimize equipment downtime.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of short-term and long-term objectives for laboratory operations.
  • Enhance quality laboratory services and improve accessibility.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through regular audits.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in laboratory administration.
  • Strong technical and administrative knowledge of Clinical Laboratory operations.
  • Ability to prepare budgets, manage resources, and monitor financial performance.
  • Excellent business marketing skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain partnerships across functions.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to make timely decisions and handle work pressure.
  • Experience in managing large teams and cross-functional teams.
