Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of marketing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide marketing projects from conception to completion, including social media posts, online ad campaigns, and website content.
  • Use project management tools such as Zoho Projects to keep track of tasks and deadlines.
  • Communicate with clients daily to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Support the team by working closely with designers, writers, and ad specialists to solve problems and achieve goals.
  • Ensure all work meets high quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
  • Excellent project management skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including social media, online ads, and SEO.
