Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Director to lead our HR team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR plans that align with our business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy and Planning
The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that drive business results. This includes managing employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and talent acquisition.
Employee Engagement and Development
You will be responsible for creating an engaging work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and teamwork. This includes designing and delivering training programs, coaching employees, and conducting regular feedback sessions.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
As a Senior Human Resources Director, you will lead and manage a high-performing HR team. You will collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and provide excellent customer service.
