We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Consultant.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of end-users and distributors by providing regional technical support.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with regional sales teams and local distributors to improve end-user satisfaction, providing technical support to ensure the Maglumi system works properly and meets distributor and end-user expectations, promoting best practices for reagent parameters and optimizing reagent consumption per analyzer, collecting installation information, establishing relationships with reference customers, and providing follow-up services.

  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and local distributors to improve end-user satisfaction;
  • Provide technical support (on-line or on-site) to ensure the Maglumi system works properly and meet distributor and end-user expectations;
  • Promote best practices for reagent parameters and optimize reagent consumption per analyzer;
  • Collect installation information, establish relationships with reference customers, and provide follow-up services;
  • Conduct service training for local engineers, foster relationships with engineers from different distributors, and continuously guide and improve their technical skills;
  • Procure reagents and spare parts for regional distributors, return corresponding spare parts in a timely manner, and resolve customer complaints;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Snibe as needed.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in the IVD industry, preferably with Immunoassay expertise. Strong technical skills, ability to work independently, and perform well under pressure are also essential requirements. Proficiency in using English as the primary working language is mandatory.
