Job Title: Azure Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Azure administration, Microsoft 365 management, and system administration.

This role requires proactive troubleshooting, technical expertise, and the ability to resolve IT issues efficiently while ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide L2/L3 technical support for end-users in the US region (CST time zone)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, etc.) and Azure AD, VMs, Networking, and Security
  • Handle service requests, incidents, and escalations related to Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Assist users with account management, access permissions, and security policies
  • Manage and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in providing technical support, managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and handling system administration tasks, preferably in an IT services environment supporting international clients
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune)
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services (VMs, Networking, Azure AD, Security)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies
  • Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access Policies
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
