Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Lead to spearhead our HR initiatives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with our overall business objectives
  2. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
  3. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training programs to ensure a high-performing team
  4. Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and best practices
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
Requirements

Required Skills:

  1. Proven experience as an HR Lead or similar role with a strong track record of success
  2. Excellent understanding of HR functions and best practices
  3. Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  4. Able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  5. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who can make informed decisions and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
