Human Resources Leader

As a Human Resources Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of HR professionals to achieve organizational objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • The role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make informed decisions that impact the organization as a whole.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business goals.
  • Additionally, you will oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and processes that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and improve employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the software industry.
  • Advanced English oral and written skills required.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading HR teams and implementing effective HR strategies.
