Job Description

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - Recruitment role is designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources practices, preparing the candidate for a career in talent acquisition.

This entry-level position assists our HR team by supporting recruitment activities across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting job opportunities through various channels, conducting interviews and screening processes, and providing clear information to applicants regarding the hiring process.

  • Promote job openings through social media and other platforms to attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Communicate effectively with applicants throughout the hiring process.
  • Evaluate resumes and cover letters to determine candidate suitability.
  • Maintain regular contact with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills, be able to navigate complex situations, and have excellent communication skills. You should also be confident, personable, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.
  2. Assess candidate qualifications and make recommendations to the HR team.
  3. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed during the onboarding process.
