Fostering Customer Relationships and Driving Business Growth
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
The primary goal of this role is to drive sales and revenue growth through effective territory management and customer relationship building. You will achieve this by identifying and developing new business opportunities, working closely with existing customers, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
A key aspect of this role is customer relationship management, which involves maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers, ensuring timely resolution of client issues and queries, and conducting regular customer visits and follow-ups.
Territory management is also a critical component of this role, requiring planning and execution of field sales activities within the assigned territory. You will map and segment the territory to identify key areas of growth, submitting periodic reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Promotional activities and campaigns will be executed as planned by the marketing team, and you will have the opportunity to educate customers and partners on product benefits and features.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in sales and revenue growth, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree is required.
