Job Overview

Translation Empire PK is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing, maintaining compliance with relevant laws and policies, and providing top-notch support to employees.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire payroll process for all employees, including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payments.
  2. Update and maintain employee payroll information, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation or benefits.
  3. Verify and review timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant documents.
  4. Submit statutory deductions on time, including income tax, docks, and deductions.
  5. Generate and distribute payroll reports to internal departments and external agencies.
  6. Address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  7. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
  8. Work closely with HR and Finance to guarantee data accuracy and proper recordkeeping.
  9. Maintain the confidentiality of payroll and personnel information.

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
  2. Deep understanding of payroll principles, labor laws, and tax regulations.
  3. Familiarity with payroll software and systems, such as ADP, Paychex, SAP, and QuickBooks.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  7. Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
  8. Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field (desired).
