P@SHA is seeking a highly motivated Communications & Outreach Associate to drive delegate and sponsorship sales for events and international delegations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing sponsorship and delegate participation deals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify potential sponsors and delegates through research and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospects and existing sponsors.
  • Pitch event opportunities to corporate clients and partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals and customized packages.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of sponsors and delegates.
  • Represent the organization at events and meetings as needed.
  • Manage and support social media outreach efforts related to sponsorship and delegate engagement.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship roles, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
