Sheikhupura Factory Supply Chain Specialist

Job Overview:
Develop short-term, finite capacity-constrained production plans with realistic sequencing of materials, considering resource and material availability.
We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Associate to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials to meet production plans within cost boundaries.
The ideal candidate will have an MBA or BE degree with 0-1 year relevant experience in Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, or Warehousing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop optimized replenishment plans for raw and packaging materials to ensure supply for production.
- Coordinate directly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Define stock policies and management approaches for each SKU in the portfolio.
- Identify practical issues regarding material supply and demand for raw and packaging materials.
- Engage suppliers in supply chain improvement initiatives to create shared value for our organization and its suppliers.
Qualifications for Success:
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP 'MH Modules.'
- Proven initiative-taking ability with successful project implementation.
- Ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity.
