Security Operations Leader

A senior executive position overseeing the Counter Gas Theft Operations department, responsible for implementing measures to prevent gas theft and ensuring vigilance to control losses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement security protocols, procedures, and best practices across all regions and zones to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain and optimize the effectiveness of all security equipment, including CCTV cameras, alarms & surveillance systems, and wireless communication sets.
  • Oversee premises patrolling, surveillance monitoring, asset inspection, and access point checks to maintain foolproof security of assets in the entire franchise area.
  • Participate in and occasionally accompany raids on industrial, domestic, commercial, and bulk consumers to detect and control gas theft or illegal use.
  • Develop operational strategies for minimizing gas theft through intelligence gathering, analysis, and coordination with the Security Department.
  • Supervise related actions based on intelligence reports, evidence, and witness testimony to minimize gas theft and prosecute criminals.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of specific areas based on vigilance reports, evidence, and intelligence reports.
  • Ensure legal and corrective measures are taken based on investigation reports, evidence, and witness testimony.
  • Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Act as a liaison with government agencies on matters related to their functions.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by Senior Management.
