Job Overview

The role of a Corporate Finance Manager involves leading the financial reporting process, driving governance discussions, and partnering with corporate stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Reporting: Develop and manage financial statements, advise on technical accounting, and facilitate audits.
  2. Governance and Controls: Drive governance discussions, ensure internal controls adherence, lead risk assessments, and improve compliance processes.
  3. Corporate Business Partnering: Lead budgeting, monitor costs, facilitate S&OP planning, and advise on policies and governance.
  4. Team Leadership: Coach and develop team members, promote company culture, and lead change management initiatives.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years in Financial Reporting, Corporate Finance, or Assurance experience preferred
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA)
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial reporting
  • Financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting system experience (SAP, BPC)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills
