Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Leader to spearhead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience across all key marketing functions including brand, product, content, communications, performance, and demand generation.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market analysis, creating market plans, and leading marketing initiatives. This includes tasks such as identifying market trends, analyzing the competitive landscape, and formulating marketing strategies to enhance growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve brand awareness
  • Conduct market analysis and create market plans to inform marketing decisions
  • Lead marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Identify market trends and analyze the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Strategic Marketing, Marketing Strategy, and Market Planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
