As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Your expertise in data-driven marketing and analytics will be essential in maximizing ROI and supporting our growth objectives. This role offers significant growth potential, including building and leading a marketing team based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies: Create comprehensive B2B marketing plans aligned with business goals, focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Manage campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, (including PPC), and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize through A/B testing: Design and implement tests to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.
  • Analyze data and report: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager to track performance, identify trends, and prepare reports.
  • Track performance & develop funnels: Create and maintain metrics and reports to evaluate campaign profitability and provide insights for improvements.
  • Manage social media: Develop engaging content and campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage budgets: Allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet campaign targets.
  • Problem-solving: Identify and resolve marketing challenges proactively with independent thinking.
  • Evaluate channels: Assess the profitability of marketing channels based on test data and provide data-driven recommendations.
