Global Payroll Operations

Job Description

As a senior payroll professional, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of employee requirements such as payroll operations to enable our clients meet the desired requirements and specifications.

You will work hand in hand with our tax and accounting professionals to help deliver our clients' compliance needs. You will also establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships with clients to help ensure that the services delivered are of the highest standards and are done on time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hire to retire process management
  • Day-to-day execution of employee requirements such as payroll operations
  • Participating in standardized processes and identifying risks
  • Escalating issues as appropriate with concerned parties/authorities

Skills and Qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong knowledge and minimum 2-3 years of experience in Rewards, Payroll operations and hands on experience working on related ERP systems.

Required skills include:

  • Excellent analytical, management and leadership skills
  • Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
