Payroll Management Role

The primary objective of this position is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll and employee benefits, adhering to relevant regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Process monthly payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Manage the payroll system, including additions and deletions, ensuring all changes are reflected accurately and timely.
  3. Handle loan and advance requests of staff in accordance with company policies and internal guidelines.
  4. Oversee exit formalities for departing employees, including final settlements and necessary accounting documentation.
  5. Ensure compliance with income tax, social security, pension, and professional tax regulations.
  6. Prepare and submit returns for social security, pension, and other statutory deductions to government authorities.
  7. Submit tax and other statutory deductions to the government treasury in a timely manner.
  8. Manage the Provident Fund, including addition, deletion, and profit allocation for members.
  9. Process loan applications, temporary withdrawals, and permanent withdrawal requests from Provident Fund members.
  10. Coordinate the accounting system of provident funds, including annual profit distribution to fund members.
  11. Assist external auditors with the audit of the Provident Funds, preparing necessary documentation and information.
  12. Facilitate the preparation and review of Provident Funds tax returns, ensuring accurate and timely filing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and employee benefits regulations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
