Senior Brand Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Brand Development Manager to lead the development and implementation of our brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels and supporting business growth through effective collaboration with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency in campaign materials, communications, and client experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver brand-aligned client experiences.
- Promote market presence through PR, digital campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Support employer branding and internal communications strategies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the IT/Tech industry.
- Strong skills in brand strategy, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with design/marketing tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, and Figma.
