Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Deputy Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for planning and executing internal audit assignments according to the annual audit plan.

Additionally, you will review the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. This will involve evaluating business processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.

As part of your duties, you will prepare clear and concise audit reports, including findings and recommendations. You will also collaborate with management to develop corrective action plans and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.

It is essential that you are able to identify opportunities to improve internal processes and minimize risks. You must also ensure that audits are conducted in accordance with IIA standards and organizational policies.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, risks, and best practices is crucial in this role. You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining audit working papers files and meeting deadlines assigned for the performance of audit activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
