About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Commercial Account Manager. This role will be responsible for developing strong executive relationships and a deep understanding of commercial clients' businesses in order to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to align customer pain points with our solution.
  • Perform compelling product demos tailored to the unique needs of commercial accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize growth opportunities for customers.
  • Manage contract renewals and minimize churn, ensuring maximum revenue retention through proactive communication and strategic account planning.
  • Proactively resolve issues by identifying root causes, determining the best course of action, and implementing solutions.
  • Strategically plan to meet and exceed sales goals and revenue quotas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients and their executives.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
