Project Site Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Site Manager to lead our site activities and team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards. They will also play a key role in customer relationship management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Planning and coordination of site activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Leadership and Team Management: leading and motivating site teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Customer Relationship Management: building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations
  • Site Administration: managing site resources, including material, labor, and equipment
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: identifying and resolving site-related issues, making informed decisions to ensure project success
  • Communication and Reporting: providing regular updates to project stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Education: BE/BSc Electrical/Mechanical degree
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of construction processes and practices
