Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Agent Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will drive the entire lifecycle of AI agent deployment from understanding customer requirements to hands-on implementation.

  • This includes solution design, developing and refining AI prompts for optimal performance, and collaborating with customers to deliver tailored solutions.

In this role, you will be at the cutting edge of AI technology, using generative models to solve complex business problems and driving new features that impact the future of our platform.

Responsibilities:
  • You will engage directly with customers across technical and executive teams, helping them discover automation opportunities and building AI solutions that enhance their operations.
  • You will collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement AI-based solutions that meet customer needs.
  • You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning, applying this knowledge to improve our platform and drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in technical roles such as software solution engineer, software consulting, or similar, with a focus on customer-facing technical support or solution design.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, including designing, refining, and optimizing AI prompts for AI/LLM applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
