Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Supervisors will have hands-on experience with AutoCAD for layout preparation/modification, mechanical parts drawing preparation, jacketed vessel/jacketed piping drawing preparation, and updating the Plant P&ID and preparing the P&ID for new projects.
  • You will supervise project vendors at site to execute activities in a timely manner ensuring HSE and quality standards.
  • Project Supervisors will plan and execute phases including site monitoring for civil, HVAC, piping, electrical, automation, and infrastructural projects.
  • They will coordinate with contractors for smooth execution of work at site maintaining site GMP and HSE protocols in compliance with CSM agreement.
  • The Project Supervisor will ensure that ongoing projects are well within stipulated timelines, flag concerns if any foreseen risks arise and prepare mitigation plans to meet given deadlines.
  • Accurate records of site execution work/projects (mechanical & electrical) carried out as per drawings & schedule will be maintained by Project Supervisors.
  • They will liaise closely with site's Manufacturing, Quality & HSE team to finalize solutions and prepare BOQ/RFQ accordingly for circulation.
  • Involved in equipment design and development ensuring compliance to MDLZ HSE & HED standards.
  • Project Supervisors will conduct daily TBTs with vendors/site contractors and issue/close PTW.
  • Actively communicate with stakeholders responsible for resolution of project/contractor-related issues.
  • Conduct HSE risk assessments and initiate MOC, follow up for approval.
  • Prepare BOQs, verify material delivery as per DC, and process bills.
  • Assist site engineers/team to drive IL6S agenda.
  • Owning and driving SWP, HSE standards.
  • Support onsite/offsite teams in documentation for capitalization and CWIP status.
