Remote Finance Trainer Needed

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to develop and deliver structured remote training sessions on Infor M3 Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive remote training programs based on a 5-day curriculum.
  • Customize training approach to meet the needs of end-users, key users, and finance teams.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations within Infor M3 Finance modules.
  • Clarify complex financial functionalities through real-world examples and Q&A sessions.
  • Develop or refine training materials, including presentations, exercises, and job aids.
  • Evaluate participant understanding through knowledge checks and scenario-based assessments.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a finance trainer or consultant.
  • Deep understanding of financial processes and ERP workflows.
  • Prior experience conducting remote or onsite ERP training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to translate technical functionality into business use cases.
  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
