Main Responsibilities
  • Dealer Network Development:
    • Identify and onboard new dealers within the assigned region, fostering a strong foundation for business growth.

    • Maintain robust relationships with existing dealers, ensuring consistent sales growth through strategic support and timely address of concerns.

    • Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing dealer queries and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Sales Strategy & Market Expansion:
    • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve predefined targets, staying aligned with market trends and competitor analysis.

    • Regularly visit dealers and potential clients, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.

    • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

    • E nsure seamless product availability and proper display at dealer locations, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

  • Reporting & Operational Coordination:
    • Furnish daily/weekly sales reports to management, providing valuable insights into market performance and areas for improvement.

    • Gather and analyze market feedback, sharing actionable insights to drive business enhancements and stay ahead of competitors.

    • Closely collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations, maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity.

  • Training & Product Expertise:
    • Educate dealers on product specifications, pricing, and promotions, ensuring they possess comprehensive knowledge to effectively engage customers.

    • Conduct training sessions for dealers and their staff on selling techniques, equipping them with the skills necessary to excel in the competitive marketplace.

    • Stay abreast of industry developments and new product launches, applying this expertise to drive business growth and expand market share.
