Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering sales, distribution, and display targets in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement brand strategies, promotions, and other plans to drive business growth
  • Effectively cover all routes and conduct random checks of retail outlets to ensure optimal product distribution
  • Maintain accurate inventory management and monitor distributor performance
  • Ensure the effective use of company resources, including coolers, POS systems, merchandise, and equipment
Requirements
  • Highly customer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and any regional language
  • Negotiating and listening skills to build strong relationships with customers and distributors
