We are seeking an experienced and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Content Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, increases visibility, and attracts new audiences.

Job Description

    As a key member of our digital marketing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing daily content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will also be tasked with maintaining a strong online presence, building and engaging with our community, and identifying opportunities to integrate social media into our overall business strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media management, excellent research skills, and the ability to work closely with our creative teams to develop innovative and compelling digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.
  2. Plan, create, and publish high-quality content on a daily basis across multiple social media platforms.
  3. Engage with our online community through comments, responses, and other forms of interaction.
  4. Monitor and report on social media analytics to inform future content strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record of success in creating engaging content and growing online communities.
  • Strong research skills and ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
