Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
  • Building relationships with existing and prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints.
  • Participating in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to establish the company's presence and build business relationships.
  • Utilizing social media platforms and networking channels to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Sharing customer feedback with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Preparing and sending custom quotes and proposals to clients.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients to retain their business.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and consumer behavior to ensure the company's offerings remain relevant.
