Corporate Sales Job Description

The Head Corporate Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through effective sales strategies and tactics. This role requires a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  2. Mentor and coach Business Development Executives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a corporate environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
