About the Job:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market expansion through project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Expand the sales network by signing new projects and institutional sales agreements.
  • Implement and execute corporate sales strategies across Punjab.
  • Enhance sales performance and increase market share.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing (BBA/MBA).
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in the cement industry, with a focus on cement sales through Project or Institutional Sales Channels.
  • Established contacts with corporate clients, real estate developers, and regional networks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
