Onboarding Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to support the delivery and design of our company-wide onboarding experience.
This role will involve leading facilitation and content curation for new hire orientation, delivering compelling content on company culture, vision, and strategy. The successful candidate will also develop, curate, and maintain all orientation content and materials, ensuring they are relevant, engaging, and current.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions, delivering engaging content that showcases company culture and values.
- Develop and curate high-quality orientation content and materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive experiences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine and elevate content delivered by other departments during orientation.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the onboarding program, including 90-day retention rates and new hire satisfaction.
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
- Experience with coaching and mentoring, with a passion for developing others.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking and program management skills, with the ability to translate high-level vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
