As a Senior Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing an exceptional new hire experience. You will lead facilitation of key sessions during New Hire Orientation, crafting compelling content that showcases company culture, vision, and strategy.

  • Lead Facilitation & Content Curation: Deliver engaging content on company values, mission, and vision with executive presence.
  • Support development and maintenance of orientation materials, ensuring relevance, engagement, and currency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine and elevate content delivered by other departments during orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the new hire orientation and onboarding strategy to meet the needs of a growing and dynamic organization.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the onboarding program, including 90-day retention rates, new hire satisfaction (NPS), and time-to-productivity.
  • Analyze data and feedback from new hire surveys (30, 60, 90-day) and stakeholder interviews to derive insights, report on trends, and drive programmatic improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring, with a passion for developing others.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences.
