Job Role:

A senior-level administrative professional is sought to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating communications, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless operations.

This role demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle complex tasks and confidential information with discretion.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of office management systems and applications, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the CEO's schedule, arranging meetings, and preparing agendas.
  • Booking travel arrangements and managing itineraries.
  • Developing and maintaining efficient documentation and filing systems.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs as required.
  • Taking and preparing meeting minutes.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a Senior Executive.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Process-oriented and energetic individual with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Diary management and scheduling expertise.
