Scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and taking accurate minutes to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Preparing regular reports, maintaining an organized filing system, and updating policies and procedures.

Coordinating office supplies, researching vendors, and managing contact lists to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Providing exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests.

Collaborating with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle sensitive matters and respond to senior manager queries.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have a strong work ethic with a keen eye for detail.
