Responsibilities:- Project execution and management, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Liaison with the principle for technical issues, providing expert guidance and support.
- Product development and promotion, highlighting the unique value proposition of Malson Group's offerings.
- Understanding and experience in project BOQs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Market penetration and follow-up activities, maintaining a strong presence in the industry.
- Active participation in relative forums, seminars, and exhibitions, showcasing Malson Group's expertise and thought leadership.
- Competitive analysis, staying abreast of market trends and competitor activity.
- Identifying opportunities and conducting research on target customers, developing tailored sales strategies.
- Relationship building with target clients, fostering long-term partnerships and loyalty.
- Reaching target clients and proposing right products as per nature of customer.
- Connecting with and maintaining strong relationships with end-users, such as restaurants, food processing industries, pharmaceutical industries, community centers, hospitals, logistic/supply chain companies, hotels, etc.
- Building relationship with Contractors and MEP Consultants.
- Supporting after-sales services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
