Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

The Lead Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in all aspects of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality standards and plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement quality evaluation tools and methods to measure performance against established standards.
  • Ensure that policies are compliant with defined quality standards, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and evaluate problem identification tools to assess operations and processes against set quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of academic and administrative functions to ensure alignment with quality standards.
  • Analyze quality reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
