We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive growth in our Asian region. As a Regional Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer relationships
  2. Lead and manage a team of business development directors to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
  4. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and senior leadership
  5. Monitor progress toward business objectives and implement corrective measures when necessary
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior management roles, preferably in supply chain services or biometrics
  • Comprehensive experience in business development, with a proven track record of growing distribution logistics companies
  • Strong financial management skills and success metrics
  • Effective leadership and people management skills
  • Capacity to balance strategic thinking with hands-on approach
  • Experience working in a multinational organization
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
