Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent solutions to a diverse range of customer inquiries through written communication and a positive attitude. Your role will involve assisting customers with their purchases made through our e-commerce website, delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet our high standards, and maintaining swift responses to customer queries via email and/or chat.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to customers with their purchases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Deliver customer experiences that exceed expectations, upholding the core values of our organization.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness to customer queries, utilizing effective communication skills.
  • Document each customer query and the resulting solution, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Offer alternatives to products/items not available on our e-commerce website, promoting customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to standard processes and procedures when resolving customer issues, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Stay updated on system information and process changes, applying knowledge to improve customer interactions.
  • Calmly handle objections and pushbacks from customers, maintaining a professional demeanor.
Requirements:
  • O Levels/Matriculation or above in any field.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Minimum 40 words per minute typing speed, with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word, with the ability to apply software skills to improve productivity.
