Job Title: Business Continuity Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Continuity Manager to lead our organization's business continuity efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive business continuity management system.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and drive business resilience. As a Business Continuity Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization is prepared to respond to disruptions and minimize their impact on our operations.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify and assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement business continuity plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Business Continuity Plans: Create and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans, procedures, and documentation to ensure the organization's readiness for disruptions.
  2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  3. Incident Response and Crisis Management: Establish and manage incident response, crisis management, and disaster recovery frameworks to ensure timely and effective responses to disruptions.
  4. Training and Awareness: Provide training to employees on business continuity principles, procedures, and their roles in a disruption, and foster a culture of preparedness and resilience across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in Business Continuity Management (e.g., CBCP) is highly desirable.
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing business continuity plans within an ISO 22301 framework.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex processes and projects.
Work Arrangements

This is a full-time position, working from our office in Bahria Town Ph 7. The working hours are from 10pm-9pm UK Time, 8am-5pm locally.
